- The DRSABCD Flowchart: Clear, step-by-step instructions following the standard Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) protocol (Danger, Response, Send for help, Airway, Breathing, CPR, Defibrillation).
- Emergency Contact Details: It must explicitly instruct users to call 000 for an ambulance.
- Weatherproof Materials: It must be crafted from highly durable materials that resist UV fading and water degradation, such as PVC, polypropylene, aluminium, or premium Perspex.
- Minimum Sizing: Most jurisdictions mandate a size of at least 300mm x 300mm, though standard compliant retail charts are typically larger to ensure maximum visibility.
